When do I receive access?
Access is activated once your payment has cleared and the correct reference has been used — normally within one business day. Your login details, community invitations and session schedule are sent to the email address you enrol with, so check your spam and junk folders if you do not see them.
Can I start with one market?
Yes. The Complete Trading Journey covers all five markets as one structured path, but individual Bootcamps are available if you would rather start with a single market. Contact us and we will talk you through the options.
Is coaching included?
Yes. Every member is allocated a coach and gets group question-and-answer support alongside the live sessions. Coaching is educational — it is general trading education and never personal financial advice about your own circumstances.
Is the payment plan available internationally?
Yes. The payment plan runs on the same methods shown at checkout. Prices are quoted in South African rand, so your bank or card issuer may add currency-conversion or international transaction fees on top of the programme price.
